These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dak999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dak999 website located at https://dak999.cam and all related services, content and features offered therein.

dak999 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform provides structured, transparent information about online gaming, live dealer games, sports betting markets and player protection tools. dak999 does not operate a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim affiliation with any Pakistani government authority, financial regulator or payment provider.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the registration process on the Platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform before processing certain transactions.

By accessing the dak999 Platform — whether by creating an Account, browsing content or using any feature of the Platform — you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
2. You are of legal age to engage with gambling content in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher age required by applicable law);
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by law;
4. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
5. The information you provide to dak999 during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete and current.

To register and maintain an active Account on dak999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or your jurisdiction's applicable law;
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not expressly prohibited by law;
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of dak999 or any affiliated entity;
• You must not have had a previous dak999 Account that was suspended, terminated or closed for a breach of these Terms;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, restriction or cooling-off period that would prohibit your use of this or any similar platform;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

dak999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the dak999 Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying dak999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Ensuring that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

dak999 supports a range of payment methods for depositing funds to your Account. Available methods are displayed in the live cashier and may vary based on your region and account status. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in our guides for informational context. These references are not endorsements of gambling by those payment providers.

Key deposit terms include:

• All deposit transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction;
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• dak999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit transaction that is flagged for fraud, money laundering or policy violation;
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance promptly, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. No specific timeframe is guaranteed;
• Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, wallet provider or payment method — dak999 does not control third-party transaction fees.

Currency amounts on this Platform may be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) as a familiar reference. Actual transaction currencies and conversion rates are determined by the platform operator and the applicable payment provider.

Withdrawals from your Account balance are subject to the following conditions and requirements:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request can be processed;
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified in the current cashier;
• Funds derived from bonus balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and must be fully cleared before becoming eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and must match the details held on your dak999 Account;
• dak999 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds;
• Processing times vary by payment method and operator. dak999 makes no guarantees regarding specific withdrawal processing durations.

dak999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that apply to each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on the Platform:

• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"), which must be met in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable;
• Bonus offers are valid for a specified period only. Any unused bonus or winnings derived from an expired bonus will be forfeited;
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Users making their first qualifying deposit (for welcome bonuses) or to eligible existing Users (for reload and loyalty bonuses);
• dak999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, the applicable terms at the time of claiming shall govern;
• Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, hedging strategies, multi-accounting or collusion — will have their bonus voided and their Account reviewed;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

dak999 does not guarantee the availability or continuation of any specific bonus offer. Promotional terms are subject to change without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dak999 Platform. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may result in legal action:

• Registering multiple Accounts or accessing the Platform through a third party's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any form of coordinated fraud;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activity or any purpose prohibited under applicable law;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening other Users or dak999 support staff;
• Submitting false or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process;
• Any other conduct that dak999 determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms.

All content on the dak999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of dak999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, modification or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without dak999's express written consent;
• Scraping, framing, deep-linking or any other extraction of Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Using the dak999 name, logo or brand marks without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dak999, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill resulting from your use of the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its features;
• Any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in Platform content that is provided for informational purposes only;
• Any decisions made by a User based on information obtained from the Platform;
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider delays, technical failures or system outages beyond dak999's reasonable control.

dak999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

dak999 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and information that help Users maintain control of their gambling activity.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage spending;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or time period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders about the time and amount spent during a gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily pause your Account for a brief period to reconsider your activity without committing to full self-exclusion.

dak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to a deposit made to the Account;
• Requests made under a self-exclusion or responsible gambling protocol;
• Direction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the dak999 support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining eligible balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an available payment method.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dak999 is incorporated or licensed, as determined by the Platform operator.

Users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to the laws of multiple jurisdictions and that the applicable law governing any dispute may differ based on the User's place of residence. dak999 does not warrant that the Platform or its Services are appropriate or available for use in every location.

dak999 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

Your continued use of the dak999 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure.
